Every two months we have a baptisms during our services. We also have child dedications and other celebrations of thanksgiving.
There are refreshments served after services downstairs in the hall.
Sunday morning services 10.30 am
have a mix of the traditional and contemporary styles, incorporating a singing group (see right), organ, music group, and drama. The services last about an hour and a quarter and include a children’s talk and sermon. On the third Sunday morning of the month we celebrate Holy Communion.
A Farsi Alpha Course is run during the second part of our Morning Worship.
Also, during the second part of our Morning Worship we have a Junior Church which has “Beginners” (3-6), “Juniors” (7-11) “Lighthouse” (11-14) and “Oasis” (14-18). There is also a Crèche for the under 3s.
Sunday evening Holy Communion service 6.30 pm on the First Sunday of the month.
This service tends to be more reflective in nature, with fewer people attending. The service is usually led by one of our Home Fellowship Groups.
Cafe Church 6pm on the last Sunday of the month.
This service is usually held downstairs in the Community Room – entrance through the rear Napier Street entrance. There is often testimony, worship from involving our young people, and great food to enjoy. Come along and try it!
4ensics at 6pm.
This is a gathering spending time in discussion, prayer, worship, fun and refreshments for young people (year 6 and above). 4ensics happens each week, except when there is a Cafe Church.
Join with us for 20 mins in the Lounge on Tuesdays at 12 noon for a short service, and Thursdays at 10 am for a prayer meeting.
